Returns & Refunds
At D’Lumiere Esthetique Skincare, your satisfaction is paramount. We are committed to delivering an elevated skincare experience and stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, we are pleased to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges initiated within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to sending any item back.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Care team at support@dlumiere.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you will receive an email containing:
- Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Detailed return instructions.
- The return shipping address to our warehouse in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA issuance.
Please note:
- Only returns shipped to our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania warehouse will be accepted.
- Shipments sent to our corporate office in Casper, Wyoming will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@dlumiere.com.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping, handling, and related costs.
- D’Lumiere Esthetique Skincare is not responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend:
- Initiating a return for the original item, and
- Placing a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@dlumiere.com so we may promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations or Modifications
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Any changes after processing are subject to the return policy outlined above.
Australian Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your D’Lumiere Esthetique Skincare purchase. For customers ordering within Australia, the following terms apply in addition to the general Returns & Exchanges policy outlined above.
Australian Consumer Law
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we guarantee reimbursement or replacement for any product that is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality. If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, you must notify us prior to returning the item by contacting rachel@dlumiere.com.
Money Back Guarantee (Australia Only)
While we are confident in the efficacy and quality of our formulations, we recognize that every skin type is unique. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Australian orders.
Conditions:
- The claim must be made within 30 days of the shipment date
- The product must be returned to D’Lumiere Esthetique Skincare, Melbourne, Australia
- Returned products must contain at least 50% of the original contents
- Peptide Mask products must be unopened to qualify
Refunds or credits are issued minus a $20.00 AUD postage and handling fee per bottle.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the original product purchase price only
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- If your order was placed using AfterPay or Zip, merchant fees (approximately 10%) are non-refundable
Most Australian returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Any duties, taxes, or customs charges are assessed by the destination country’s government and are not collected or reimbursed by D’Lumiere Esthetique Skincare. Packages returned due to unpaid duties or customs charges may incur additional shipping fees.
We recommend using a return service with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
