Our Refund & Return Policy

How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% happy with the products you buy from us. Due to the nature of our products we can exchange or refund any products only if they have been received in a faulty condition.  Any cream could irritate or rarely cause an allergic reaction. It is the persons skin, and not an issue with the product. Therefore if the bottle is open we can not issue a refund.

We do ask:

That you return the products within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:
  • All transactions are in Australian dollars.

  • Refunds will be processed to the payment method you chose at checkout for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.
  • We recommend that you return items using a service with a tracking number as you are responsible for the item being received back into our warehouse.
  • Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will incur an additional shipping fee.
